SHIPPING:

Shipping is $75 flat rate fee within the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery via FedEx. We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays priority overnight for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F at the departure hub, arrival hub, and hubs in between).  Residential deliveries are not offered due to inability to ensure the safety of the animal.  DOA claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery at the hub. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal! If an animal arrives DOA, the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.

PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal, credit/debt card payment via square on our website or over the phone, personal check,  and money orders.  No animals are shipped prior to checks/money orders clearing or prior to full payment received.

PAYMENT PLANS:

No payment plans will be accepted on animals under $300.  We may offer 14-day payment plans on animals between $300-$500  on a case-by-case basis. We offer 30-day payment plans on anything we sell over $500. However, once entered into a payment plan, for an animal or other item such as an enclosure/rack, there are no refunds.  If you cannot finish paying for an animal/item you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued as credit towards a future purchase to be used within 90 days.

After payment is made, we will contact the buyer to coordinate a shipping date at the earliest possible (weather permitting).

If the animal is paid in full but remains in the care of Little River Exotics for any reason other than inclement weather preventing shipping, the buyer will be responsible for paying for feeding and any additional care requirements of the animal before the buyer can take possession of the animal.  (Excluding weather) This timeframe is limited to 30 days, after which the animal is forfeited and will be available for purchase again.  The value of the animal minus the cost of feeding and care will be issued as a credit to be used within 90 days.

HEALTH:

Sex, 100% Hets, and health at arrival are always guaranteed. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them. Genetics are based on our opinion based on their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and the opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.

We cannot provide any guarantees other than those stated above because we cannot always know the conditions the animal is coming into. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone we do not think will provide proper care or we believe to be buying for resale. We do not accept returns outside the listed guarantees in our store terms. Once payment is made, there are no refunds so be sure you want to proceed before you send payment.
